We service: schools, colleges, medical establishments, engineering companies, licensed premises, pubs, clubs and hotels. Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. When you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will then be asked for details that we need to be able to complete your order.

We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Maestro, Visa and Mastercard, and online payment is via a secure encrypted server.

You may also order by telephone, fax or post.

You will receive a confirmation of order, this indicates that your order has been received, but does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in case a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
In the areas where we make regular deliveries using our own van, there is no charge for carriage, and no minimum order. In all other areas we use a courier. The carriage charged is based on weight and is automatically calculated at the checkout. Please note, we can only accept orders for delivery to UK mainland addresses.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you within 1-3 business days. We can only deliver to UK mainland addresses.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
17.5% VAT is added to all orders, and a full VAT invoice issued for each transaction.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. The transaction is processed online by SAGE PAY. (www.sagepay.com)

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. Any goods ordered in error are subject to a 10% restocking charge. In the delivery areas covered by our own van we can collect and refund any monies directly. In areas where we use a courier you must return the items at your own cost, and we will refund any monies within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.
